Our meeting room is situated in the main courtyard of the Hotel Forum and enjoys a beautiful view of the vineyard garden.
The room is equipped with modern audio-visual technologies, such as videoprojector with big screen, DVD player, an amplifying system, Internet Wi-Fi and LAN connections which allow the guests of the meeting to use fast and reliable connections on their devices.
The room has also got a flip chart board, a microphone, a laser pointer, small folders containing pencil and sheets of paper, water bottles for speakers.

Half day (4 hours) - € 199,00 + VAT
Whole day (8 hours) - € 299,00 + VAT
Our guests are offered the opportunity of enjoying a break in our vineyard garden, choosing between two options of coffee break:
- Neapolitan espresso or American coffee cup, water and homemade cake € 4.00 +VAT per person
- Orange or lemon juice, homemade cake, Neapolitan espresso or American coffee, water, € 6.00 +VAT per person.
These are different layouts of the room:

• stalls layout= maximum capacity, 45 people, speakers’ desk with chairs arranged in rows

• school layout = maximum capacity, 24 people, speakers’ desk with two rows of tables and chairs

• diplomatic layout= maximum capacity, 16 people, with an oval shaped table in the middle with chairs

• U-shape layout= maxium capacity, 26 people, speakers’ desk and a row of tables arranged into a U-shape layout with chairs.
